Kobe Bryant - Gone But Loved
On January 26, 2020, one of the greatest personalities in the history of basketball (Kobe Bryant), passed away so suddenly. With him was his daughter and other friends. The news remains shocking to the whole world, but more shocking and unexpected to his wife, children and other close associates and friends.
Today, we look back, still mourning this wonderful personality as we miss him dearly. However, his words, from one of the interviews in 2008, has reverberate across news media and social network sites. These words offer us wisdom as individuals, families, friends, relations, acquaintances and so on, that life is indeed short and I quote:
"Have a good time. Life is too short to get bogged down and be discouraged. You have to keep moving. You have to keep going. Put one foot in front of the other, smile and just keep on rolling.
We need to heed Kobe's voice from 2008. Find time for self and family, for friends and colleagues. There is always time for people if you want to create time. Don’t let the things that we will eventually leave bug us down. Take a walk with your spouse or family, throw a joke and laugh it out, eat out and dance away, do movies and takeout’s, holiday and party. These memories live on in the hearts of loved ones, and they far outweigh us even after we are gone.
